Yoga Classes

For The Pause general yoga classes are open to everyone, offering a safe and welcoming space to rest, restore and reconnect.

These trauma-informed, Mental Health Aware Yoga practices are all about supporting nervous system regulation. The classes will build interoception, promote self-compassion and create spaciousness in both body and mind.

There’s no pressure to perform or perfect, just gentle, grounding practices that help you find your own rhythm again.
