Using Human Centered Design For The Pause will facilitate the creation of a bespoke flexibility and / or menstrual health policy. Alternatively, we can refresh and re-embed your existing policies.
Doing this work will ensure your policy aligns with Psychosocial Safety regulations and Positive Duty Laws, (and it gives you something very atrractive to share in your EVP!).
The co-creation phase enlists Women’s Health or Menopause Champions to co-create the implementation and embedment approach. The implementation and embedment is fully supported by For The Pause.
