For workplaces

Up to 73% of women won’t be aware of the potential impact peri and menopause might have on their careers, and as a result 1 in 10 women will leave the workforce.

For The Pause offers a variety of tailored, affordable education sessions for your workforce.

These sessions ensure:

  • Women feel supported and valued

  • Leaders feel confident and capable when leading people experiencing this era

  • Organisations retain talent and leadership

  • A culture of openness that reduces stigma and builds trust

  • Everyone benefits from a more inclusive, healthier workplace.

Supporting women in the workforce benefits everyone.

For The Pause 3 steps toward positive change

Not all organisations need all steps, get in touch to talk about which step you want to take.

  • Why empower? When women know what’s happening to them and how to get help, they’re more likely to continue to thrive in their careers and workplaces. Add in leaders knowing how to support this ear and you have an empowered workforce. This benefits everyone.

Tailored, evidence-based, inclusive education sessions designed to improve understanding of menstrual health and build the foundation for inclusive human-centered culture.

These sessions empower by synthesising and sharing the latest research from Neuroscience, Wellbeing science, the International Menopause Society and world-leading doctors and scientists to enable awareness and agency. They usually run for around 90 minutes, but Jess can tailor this to suit your needs.

    • For The: People, Safety & Senior Leaders - covers general education content, discrimination, how to lead people experiencing life disruption.

    • For The: Women+ – women specific educations sessions to allow for greater sharing and community to increase positive workplace engagement, support and belonging. Participants will leave knowing how to get the help they need to continue to thrive in life and their careers.

    • For The: People – a general education and awareness program to support men & women to better understand this era that impacts all our lives.

  • Human Centered Design is used to facilitate the creation of a bespoke, flexibility and / or menstrual health policy. Alternatively, we can refresh and re-embed your existing policies. This doesn’t have to be hard.

Doing this work will ensure your policy aligns with Psychosocial Safety regulations and Positive Duty Laws, (and it gives you something very atrractive to share in your EVP!).

The co-creation phase enlists Women’s Health or Menopause Champions to co-create the implementation and embedment approach. The implementation and embedment is fully supported by For The Pause.

  • Go futher by implementing:

    • Menopause Mentors

    • Neuroscience & wellbeing science based programs to promote better employee wellbeing and engagement, tailored to your needs.

    • Creation of a Human Centered Workforce policy. Involves combining all existing policies and standards in to one policy that respects the diversity of the human experience. It provides employees with the equal opportunity to access one policy without need for pre-requisites.
