Vibe Check – 10 mins (free)
Not quite sure if this is the right fit? Let’s have a quick chat. This no-pressure Webex chat is a chance to ask questions, share what you're looking for, and see if Jess feels like a good match. It’s completely ok to decide if this isn’t for you.

Initial 1:1 Support Session – 90 mins
This is where we begin. In your first session, we’ll take our time—exploring what’s going on for you, what kind of support you might need, and gently introducing any practices or tools that might help. Sessions may include conversation, yoga, breathwork, or positive psychology strategies, tailored just for you.

Follow-Up Sessions – 45 mins
For returning clients only. These shorter sessions offer continued support, space to check in, and time to deepen what we’ve started together. Returning clients receive the booking link after their initial 1:1 session.

Everything is offered online or in person in Melbourne.
