For The Pause offers events with all, or a mix of all 4 offerings, or you can mix and match to create something that suits you.

For The Pause distils the latest research from trusted experts like the International Menopause Society, Dr Louise Newson, Dr Lisa Mosconi, Professor Jayashri Kulkarni and other leaders in women’s health, AND synthesises insights from longitudinal studies on women’s health (WHI, SWAN & ALSWH).
These sessions empower you with clear, non-biased insight into what’s happening in your body and brain, without having to wade through mountains of medical journals.
You’ll also receive tools & tips for how to navigate our medical system and find the right help for you.
POSITIVE PSYCHOLOGY
Positive Psychology = Wellbeing Science.
For The Pause is built on the foundations of Self Determination Theory (SDT). SDT suggests that in order to thrive in life, humans need Competence, Agency & Relatedness. For The Pause aims to provide all 3 of these things to allow people to thrive in this era of life.
Additional, evidence-based wellbeing support can be provided to support everyone through this era of life.
YOGA
Movement is medicine.
For The Pause offers evidence based Yoga & Somatic practices that can assist to support all stages of life.
You’ll be guided through gentle Yoga, Breathwork and Meditation practices that will leave you feeling rested, centered and maybe a little zen.
For The Pause Yoga, meditation and breathwork offerings are accessible, trauma-informed, Mental Health Aware and always optional.
COMMUNITY
Women supporting women.
For many people, connection is key to this incredible era of our lives.
While connection looks different for everyone, For The Pause creates space for you to share your strory, listen to the stories of others and perhaps for the first time, be TRULY heard and supported by others who understand what you’re experiencing.
