Peri & Pause Retreats

Science & evidence based, soul soothing retreats for every stage of life.

For The Pause retreats offer empowerment, rest and connection. Whether the retreat is a mini (3 hours) or a whole weekend (3 days), it’s all about taking time out for you. We start with empowerment in the form of evidence-based education about what’s happening in your body. Then we move through yoga, rest, massage and other amazing experiences to leave you feeling ready to get back to life, doing what you love.

We’ll dive deep into the real science of menopause, learn practical tools you can actually use to feel better, find some real rest (the kind you forgot was possible), and connect with people who truly get it.

Often held at Yoga Studios in the West of Melbourne.

BYO: A blanket. Mats, bolsters & blocks will be supplied but you may prefer to bring your own. (Let Jess know if you need a blanket).

2:30 - The science sessions

3:15 - Rest. Gentle Yin Yoga, meditation & nidra for nervous system regulation

4:30 - Connection

5pm - End.
