The Peri & Pause Yoga & Meditation Workshop is a 3-hour, small (10 people) group yoga workshop
Peri & Pause workshops offer empowerment, rest and connection. We’ll dive deep into the science of menopause, learn practical tools you can actually use to feel better, find some real rest (the kind you forgot was possible), and connect with people who truly get it.
BYO: A cosy blanket, a notepad & pen. Mats, blocks & bolsters will be supplied but you may prefer to bring your own props.
